Items may be returned or refunded in line with this policy. Custom-sourced or bespoke items may be subject to different terms as communicated at the time of order.
You must notify us of a return or refund request within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received by us within 21 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
